Story of one user who signed up for a $65 product and got a Bill for $9,000 instead, see Here . A taster.

"On average, customers are racking up excess bills of $134 every month and while they're struggling to pay off these large debts Telstra openly admits 17 per cent of its revenue comes from these excess fees and charges. "

Thats 17% of its BB revenue. Another report indicates that 6% of user break their cap and provide the near monopoly carrier with 17% of the revenue as a consequence. Thats Here .

    Be careful out there.
