    Guys,

Using an exchange 5.5 server & outlook 2000 as the client, is there any way to monitor a user's email for specific words/recipients as there are a couple of people in here we suspect of leaking information to competitors.

Obviously this isn't on, we've already let one person go because of it this week (idiot sent stuff to someone in here with a similiar name).

I basically want to get a copy of the mail if it has a specific recipient(s) or key words/phrases

    Look into (product) mimsweeper.

Its used on 33% of mail scanning systems worldwide.

    (free) m$ utility

will allow you to export emails based on subject line and addresses (start with the examples on how it was used to remove the ILOVEYOU virus - just remember to turn off the delete option !)
