I thought the 95 mins Beck was onstage was just amazing, from his crazy enterance to his "Pop" medley he was the consumate performer.

Bustin crazy beats, wailing on his guitar and backed up by a really really solid hard jammin band.

One of the best gigs I have seen in my life is the only wayI can sum it up.

Highlight of the night was Beck in the middle of a grove started by Sissyneck widning his way into "Ice Ice Baby" via "Hot in Herre" "Not Gonna get us" "Dance with me" and "Crazy in Love"

    Amazing.

    Anyone else like the gig?

Great gig. Sound is still a bit crap in the Point but didnt detract much from a really great performance. Where Its At and Devils Haircut were brilliant and the pop medley was cool too. You missed out on Erotic City in there Emmo, was nice to hear some Prince :) Especially as he will never perform that song as it was written again.

Really enjoyed myself, the idiot behind me who started shouting for him to play Loser from the start of the gig onwards didnt even bother me too much.

Off the wall man, those glow in the dark jumpsuits rocked.

I even enjoyed the Thrills, never liked them before. They look like they were lifted straight outta the doors movie though!

Yeah apparently there was a couple of lines from Snoop Dogg aswell!

The remote controls where just wireless samplers linked up to his sound rig, I want one.

Beck is some dancer aswell, the finest move he pulled was when he was psuedo vogueing and then he held his hand out as if he was holding a mirror and then mimed brushing his hair. Quality.

it really was an unstanding gig, it really was. I really like the flaming lips song that he played, "do you realise?". I was hoping to hear raspberry beret but the new extened pop medley made up for that. did he do some of the moves from the nicotine and gravy video? His band looked like they had been picked from a Kraftwerk cover group.

seen him at reading festival at the weekend there, albeit not as long as a normal gig but was still a class act, always plays up for the crowd to, was probably one of the main acts that i really enjoyed, would go see him in concert again if i had the opportunity aswell.
