    Wanted.

'96, '97 Toyota Celica in any colour except white. Red\Blue would be the favorite with average mileage

preferably a 1.8 but will consider 2L. No GT4's though

Think you're better off checking somewhere like these:

    Car Buyers Guide
    Car Zone
    Buy and Sell

Not many cars come up for sale on this.

    Heyas.

    1) I would stay well away from the 1.8ST's. They are under powered and nasty. The 2.0 engines are far stronger and last longer.

    2) There is a fair difference between the 2.0 normal and the 2.0 GT. My quote was 1200 for 2.0 and 1650 for GT, for only 20-odd hp difference.

Most Celicas on the road are 2.0 standards. The Celicas are very very well built cars. Headroom in the back in a problem for anyone over 4 foot 2" :)
