    Hey Guys,

Heres the story. I do a lot of exercise and now want to balance it with a good diet.(exercise won't do everything for you). My problem is while trolling thru the net, all I find is expensive subscription or Fad diets.

Does anyone know of a good website where it tells you what to eat for breakfast/lunch/dinner without all the fuss, without charging a fortune.

    thanks in advance,

    King :-)

Personally I think the principles laid down in both the 'Body For Life' and 'South Beach Diet' books are pretty sound. Well worth checking out if you're interested in your diet -- plus, once you start playing around with them, you can just extract the knowledge and pretty much do your own meals :)

Oh .. and you get a small version of the South Beach book if you buy this month's Cosmo ;)
