    After reformatting my pc today.
I fired up Outlook express and after 20 mins or so remembered all my passwords for my 4 email accounts.
But the ones that aren't http haven't got my old emails in them ?
The hotmail ones are back alright but I need the stuff that was located on my other accounts.

    Can anyone help ?

Unless you specify that Outlook Express should leave a copy of the e-mails on the server, it will automatically delete them off of it after downloading them.

    you can recover the data..

    u are looking for .dbx
and import them to ur new outlook express dbx's

easy recovery professional will still be able to read all your old data even though you have done a format and rewrite
