hey all, got a question im lookin at flats in town for the past week and have seen loads of places i can afford and wanna take but all the landlord ever says to me is about calling me back and they never do. tis really pissin me off, what can i do to just get em to give it to me, ne adivce please? matt

Being able to pay them there and then usually helps. Crudely put a big wad of cash.* Try looking / sounding / being someone that appears attractive to landlords.

* Don't hand over big wads to strangers without taking precautions - bring a friend.
