Iv recently started clcling to work (bout 16 mile round trip) and I started getting like an electric shock in the front of my right thigh. This only happened bout 3-4 times but now my leg is kinda numb and when I touch it I get pins and needles.

    Any thoughts?

Likely a nerve trapped on bike.

I used to get something similar with sciatic nerve when rowing.

Buy a better saddle or padded shorts - the latter is probably the cheaper and better first alternative.

Cant cycle at all now. Can walk alright but the auld cycling is out. Tried to do it yesterday and collapsed in a heap. Still have the numbness and get the odd twinge for no reason
