Knowledgebase Software

    Since so many of the boardsters work in Tech Support I'd thought I'd ask what Knowledgebase software you use.

    We might ben killing off our existing software and we're looking for alternatives.

    Anyone recommend any good software ? It can run on any operating system really, if there was an open source alternative that actually worked well it would be better again as I'd like to be able to hack at the thing. :)

    So, what do you use and is it any good ?
