O.K Have never heard of this before but how about Nettle Spray?
i would use it on a few test specimens first just to make sure there are no adverse effects on your plants/self

Nettle spray. The common stinging nettle is a discerning plant that requires high levels of nitrogen in the soil to grow well, using the leaves in sprays of several kinds. As well as using nettles as an activator on the compost heap the organic gardener can use them as a liquid manure and as an aphicide - to kill aphids (greenfly).

Gather 224g (l/21b) young nettles and soak in a bucket of water for a week. Strain and use undiluted as a control of aphids on roses and celery leaf miner. Add the mushy nettles to the compost heap.

Let us know how you get on.

    some more remedies
    here

Personaly we use soap spray, thats soapy water which contains aphids and spider mites but isn't 100% effective means of control, might give the nettle spray a go myself though.

Can the plant be put outdoors for a few days? Try washing with a water spray and or a cloth. Would it survive being put in the direct sun (the bugs might not).

Take the plant outside and hose it off first to throw most of them off then using a squirt bottle mix up a bit of clorox and water...not but like 2 cap fulls. Spray the plant all over and this should solve the problem.
