I'd have to say that you must be one of the wenchiest people I know. You tried so hard to win the "game"

    WENCH

    That means you!

    oh. my. god.

    i am lost for words.

we had a deal. it was as follows: i got a slice of your pizza and then you stopped calling me... that word. alison was right. you don't change.

i'm going to my room now. to cry. *sniff*

    you horrible human being

Heh. Remember when they decided not to count the gay points after a group of lads went out to win. :p Boy there was anger over that.

i think oisin's group (sean's RA group i think??) got like 54 or something outrageous so i'd say they win.

wouldn't be so smug about 23 ana; me and ita got 22 between us (11 each, I'll beat YOUR slapper). in YOUR FACE, and our group got 40. so that's You beaten into the ground with a rusty spoon *dusts off hands*.

the day in the bots didn't count. BASTARDS. our group woulda had like 52 or something if they had o let us use those points. thank jesus i didn't use my tongue (heh heh heh).

oh, and if anyone thinks i'm a bit of a hoor (i know SOME people do *evil eyes garog, and possibly macdara*) well i couldn't give a giant hairy rat's b-hind.

and ana is NOT a wench. or a skank. or anything derogatory. so THERE.

Hmmm, not sure how many points my RA group got. I didn't help much, I only got one point, two if they did that '1 week' thing. I don't care, I didn't get involved in the 'game', I expected not to get any points. I tend to scare people. *grins devilishly*.

Hehe, the first year i was in CTYI we were the ultimate nerd group....quite likely we got lower than the Compapp Geeks :D
    GO E-COMMERCE and its...erm...loike 6 or 7 points

The next year i think we got like 30something or somesuch. Hehe...slightly less nerdy group there :D

You had geeks in CompApp? Damn you got lucky. I took CompApp, and for some reason the class was loaded with...TWATS.

They got their fair share of points.

Didnt some group get in the 60s or something?

No offence but 23 is a pretty ****ty score (not that I'm encouraging this sort of thing) by comparison with some groups. Mine got 46 on the last night alone. Nothing to be proud of considering a lot of them met Liam to get that (no, he's a lovely lad.....whore). I, however scored no points during the entire course. Woohoo!!! Generating nerdy stereotypes! Go me.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 76 ✭✭Squeee

Having said that now, you have to wonder if they made that up coz who's gonna check up....but then NOBODY would pretend they met Liam, not even for this. Hopefully. My last night was filled with fun spraying couples with a water gun from the balcony watching them look about confused then get back to it so I could do it again(not in a "I like to watch people get it on" kinda way). So many RA's got blamed for my work.hee hee

actually, i found the occasional sprays of cool water rather refreshing....

Really? I thought it was quite high. I think our group only got around ten. And about fifty rejections.

Hell, I was sharing a room with Macdara. I got more action than all of you bitches combined. :p

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 408 ✭✭purplepolkadot

'cept for me of course, *thrusts* cos I'm a hoor.

46 points, who's group was that and why wasn't i informed so i could put myself about some more?

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 849 ✭✭✭mentalimplosion

first of all, 23 is not including however many points we got on the last night. as agroup, we decided NOT to play beat the slapper on the final disco, thus NOT putting ourselves out, thus quite obviously not winning the points yokey mehbob.

and in rebuttal, i was not playing (or trying to play) ''the game''. your observations were wrong, richard. not that you deserve a name, you big name caller.

Hmm... now who was the first person in our group who didn't want to play the game with the title ' beat the slapper'. Oh yes. me.

ah alison, always the trend starter she was.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,738 ✭✭✭Barry Aldwell

my RA group (Paul's) managed to get 31 points. 15 of these were from one man whore. 10 of his points were from the last disco.

I think that it may have been Liam from Psychology, he got around. On second thoughts, he may have had more than 15 points.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 408 ✭✭purplepolkadot

afaik, owen got around eleven points altogether, and liam got like sixteen/seventeen, i dunno if he was counting the points from the bots in there.

and all this craic i was hearing about beat te slapper being morally wrong.....

FOR CHRISSAKES WE'RE ONLY 13-16!! HELLLLOOOOOO!! IT'S A IT OF CRAIC!!! IT'S FOR A LAUGH!! AND MOST OF US WERE PLAYIN BY HEINEKEN RULES ANYWAY SO THEY WERE'NT PROPER MEETS!!! MAY I STRESS THAT YOU'RE ONLY YOUNG ONCE!!!

I once knew a girl who played beat the slapper. Now she's in hospital. I hope this is a lesson to all of you.

I thought Michelle's group won? They had Aisling and Amanda the American didn't they? And they wound up on over forty points (at the least) anyway thanks to Beat the slapper at the last disco. And, I'm almost certain it twas Sean's group who came first for the lad's groups. Go us.

Pfft, if i'd been there i could've singlehandley beaten all of you. if i'd been single. and attractive. and wearing pants.

    i'm gonna go now

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 168 ✭✭Peterfing

Ah now, don't be too hard on the girl. I think all the abuse she got MORE than bordered on sexual harrasement. As for the whole shoe arguement... WHO GIVES A FLYING F**K?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,738 ✭✭✭Barry Aldwell

The two people who cared about the Dubes/Decks thing were Aisling and Dave Brennan. Everybody else just said Dubes to piss off Aisling.

Yeah... it was unfortunate how much DUUUUBES sounded like BOOOO at the Variety show when she got up to play :) Ah well... As I'm a newbie, Barry, what course were you doin this year and would I no you?

Engineering. I was on your team in the table quiz.

/me is disgusted at the lack of people associating the real life person Barry Aldwell with the Internet person Barry Aldwell. And that those who do can only remember my avatar.

My RA group won? That's amazing, I thought that we'd have minus points, what with me in the group(yes, I do have self esteem issues. Like every other teenager.). Next year I'll find a way to get minus points and....GET MINUS POINTS FOR MY RA GROUP! Oh, that'll be fun. Especially if people play Beat the Slapper as well as they can and we still lose. HeeHeeHeeHee.

Yeah... it was unfortunate how much DUUUUBES sounded like BOOOO at the Variety show

i thought everyone was booing for the few few seconds. and then some people did boo, that was mean. and when people booed fat **** john at the presentation thing, that was mean too. that's why i yelled 'shut the **** up ye mingers'. i know me+jane thought of his name (yes, we decided he was a fat ****, but he wasn't deserved of just being called fat ****. he kept on looking at little girl's chests and trying to feel us up and being all slimy.) but my lord, actively booing someone. that's below even me.

aisling wasn't actually that annoying. i didn't know her too well, but she seemed like a nice enough person. her posture annoyed me. i wanted to go and make her stand straight. (that's why i showed her how to walk in those shoes she bought in santry) and pull down her skirt at the disco. and pull up her top. and fix her accent. they're all superficial things that annoyed people. she'd a decent person like.
although she did claim to be taller than me. which is just plain wrong. she probably woulda been if she'd JUST ****ING STAND STRAIGHT. ****, i was meant to defend her.

    PETER!!!!!! (*whispering* pervert...pervert...) you rule.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 11,198 ✭✭✭✭Crash

em, please keep this all nice and fluffy. dont go bitching bout people in great detail or bitching about people who arent here. its just not done. cus its ****ty. so em, yeah, thats all from me.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 168 ✭✭Peterfing

Just to rectify my mistake, Michelle's RA group actually got between 55 and 63 points according to an informative source of mine. (At least ten of these points were with Liam which would account for my RA group also winning):D

It was even worse at de closing ceremony cos all de parents thought she was gettin booed

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 849 ✭✭✭mentalimplosion

see the thing is, if she walked into my school in those shoes, she'd be appluaded. girls would admire her from a distance, saying ''loike, oh moy gawd, how did she get her hair loike that?''.

i borrowed elaines Doobs twice, once when i dressed up as a dublin4 girl and then again on the last night. it made me feel so... rich.

and aisling was lovely. she let my borrow her rugby jersey. that also made me feel rich

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 168 ✭✭Peterfing

    Mentalimplosion; Who are you?
    And Aisling was lovely. ;)

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 168 ✭✭Peterfing

Ah, its official then. From the lips of Aisling herself, who got it from Michelle the RA, their final tally was 63. Awww, bless the little tartlets.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 849 ✭✭✭Liquorice

I was in Michelle's RA group. Fortunately I was not a tartlett(1 point!), although I am little. Go me.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 168 ✭✭Peterfing

I only got one point too. (Still with her!) Who are you Ms Scarlett, I thought I knew all Michelle's group?

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 18 So-on

    haha... points = fun...

At the end of the day, 20 or so points means eating face of 20 ppl, which means on average 1 person per day. Which by anyones standards is good work...

As for the mathematics... if an RA group were to sexually implode, then (as I believe the system stands), it would take 5 guys/girls to get together with one of their own 'inclination' to get 20 points for one RA group!!

    i.e. (in same RA group) Guy + Guy = 2 + 2 = 4 points for group!!

    Or even better - Girl + Girl = 2 + 2 = 4 points *plus street cred for group!!

It's a win win win situation!!

    Just think of the ratings...

Not to be an official Cranky-Aul-Bastard, but there's something about that post that REALLY pissed me off. Hmm.

It's strange how I didn't live up to my performance this year, I mean last year, WHOA....just ask Oisín, tbh.

I am Áine. This is about the third time I've had to tell someone who I am, excluding my post in the Who's Who thread. And two of you knew me! DOES THE GIR-DRESSED-UP-AS-A-CAT AVATAR AND THE PLATH QUOTE NOT TELL YOU WHO I AM!?!
    Oh, and on the subject of MacDara and the inter-group points;
