hi lads tried to d/l driver for this modem but cannot open as corrupt zip file any ideas??????iol tell me problem will be sorted in 24 hours /....dont hold your breath.....running yesterday@ 8mbps:o

i know zyxel did a specfic driver for eircom, however what ever way they did the pppoe client it was dreadful and had issue getting certain sites and stuff and generally showed the speed as 8 megs which is incorrect, however their one from the site which had not been customised seemed to work fine, but it was a bitch reverting to it after you had the original eircom one install. you're best bet is to set the modem in rfc 1483 and bridged and then use raspppoe to connect it may solve some of the problems
