outside ireland ping problem?? IOL BB

Little confused.. is this just me on IOL BB getting this or every 1.. but pings to uk are awfull.. 400+.. pings to ireland are fine
30 - 40 but look at outside ireland pings for ure self... whats wrong?

Im on ISDN and was experiencing the same problem, pings to Irish, Dutch and French Servers were perfectly low but english servers were 400+ for me. However after 11pm this problem went aweh and now UK gaming servers pinging as low as Irish ones once again.

ignoring the usual spikes in my ping... i'm also getting about 40ms to jolt

above pings may look gud but when ingame they are way higher at times often over 100ms during big gunfights

ok thnks lads all back to normal 2day.. 30 - 40 ping..
