Training Class setup

I'm trying to source training documentation on the web for a basic IT course. Course will include introduction to PC's, Windows 2000, Word, Excel, Powerpoint ect. This will be directed towards people with no IT skills. Any links ect would be appriciated if anyone has any info. Thanks in advance.
