ok, i have nearly all of my netsource forms filled out, but am wondering what the best way to pay is? if i pay for a year and the price comes down will i be refunded? why do they supply direct debit forms and state that the amount may be variable when it's a fixed cost, and will i be able to get a vat receipt? thanks
