I'm using Netsource's SOHO Package so I can't read newsgroups

Is there a way around this ?

Those kind folks at boards.ie do a few of the Irish newsgroups

Should be able to get the rest on Google groups (easy to navigate list)

Obviously you can't download them for offline reading but that shouldn't be too much of a problem if you're in DSL land

Does Netsource not have any news server?

(I'm assuming you don't want the binary groups. Don't know anything at all about them to be honest but I assume you'd have a subscription somewhere if you were using them anyway)

I read on here somewhere that Netsource dosn't support one.

It was the alt.binaries ones I wanted re: to download stuff from.

Thanks for the reply anyway sceptre.

Well if you are after the alt.binaries newsgroups then you may well find yourself having to go for a pay to use news service such as easynews or news-service whom carry the alt.binaries groups. Many isp's will not provide access to alt.binaries for many many reasons :)
