how about a forum for flaming? Seems to happen an awful lot, threads turning into slagging matches etc.
Maybe it would happen less often if there was a place for it. Possibly the threads would be deleted autoatically after being dormant a week or two.
Personally i find flame wars to be entertaining more often than not.

Instead of posting antagonistic remarks in the thread they could start a new thread in the flaming forum complaining about the original thread without cluttering it up. Maybe no-one would actually do that though.
Somewhere to harmlessly statisfy the desire to spam.

My sentiments exactly Wook. Muppet A and Muppet B flame each other on one board, Muppet A takes one insult seriously, starts insulting Muppet B in other boards to get back. So on, so forth

Idea was already tried out with the Troll forum ages ago which just encouraged people to act the arse on other forums and was deleted a while back.
