ROGUE On the way to storming the RQCL

Clan Rogue - that lovable new Q1 clan is making some waves in the Russian Quake Clan Leagueski.

Not only did we take on the second best clan - PB (Poor Beggars), but we beat them!!!

So when did all this happen? Well, 2 days ago we connected in the middle of the day to Dublin to play in the RQCL in Russian Time.

Despite the 600+ pings, the Rogue players (bubbles, Adrastea, Kharn and White Wash Man) came out victorious - with Adra on top!!!

Final score was 127 -v- 79 to Rogue.

Our next game will be against Russian number one clan - Wodka Drinkers.
They're all star lineup includes Smirnoff, Huzzar, Stolichnyia and the Sweedish ninja Absolut. This could see the end of Rogue in the RQCL - but victiory means the title!

It was a great game, real close at the start, but we held our positions and each of us did what we where ment to do. Even tho we where lagged, we overcame the 2nd best russian clan. It was a game to remember. I hope we play as well as we did next Monday to beat WD to take the RQCL tital !!!!!!!

but... it was a hard fought battle, and we came back from -30 to win. im proud of us. we are all whiners, er winners i mean.

thanks to kharn for his wonderful ability to not speak any russian at all, nada, nicht, niet, not an electronic sausage

the russians would like to thank me as most of there score was telefrags on me and i managed to limit our score with suicides. sry guys, i will try and keep em below 200 next time

when we go against the WD's next week, im dropping my indigo account and setting up the string and tin can connection. perhaps get my ping down below 700 this time

Sorry Gandalf, Since Rogue are on of the Top Russian clans, we feel that CG doesn't meet our standards as a clan. However, we will play you in a friendly if
a) CG arn't allowed to pick up any weapons

b) CG are not allowed Quad, Pent, Eyes or any other powerup

c) Rogue play with 5ppl, CG with 3

d) Rogue can have LPB's, CG can't have any.

e) Only a kill with an axe will be added onto CG's Score

f) Rogue picks both levels.

g) Rogue are allowed to cheat if they decide to do so.

h) CG must all play using a keyboard only

So, when I recieve confirmation of the above rules, in writing, we will arrange a game.
