thanks a million to everyone who bought the single over the last week. it was a pity not to get into the top 40 and get the airplay that comes with it, but it's still a huge achievement.
now everyone go out and buy the Gigsmart compilation!!! best tenner you'll spend all year

It was a bugger to be so close to the top 40, and then miss out, but we're still delighted that we achieved this, despite the cd only being available in 2 shops for the first week. Even more annoying considering that the number of sales we had this week would have put us in at around number 30 in the charts had we launched the single last week. Still though, smiley happy faces all round the Otranome camp!!
And yes, do indeed buy the GigSmart album - worth so much more than the measley tenner it costs, so get out there and get it.

According to the handbook 23 or higher and a band is to popular to like.
