Hi I have been driving a moped for the last 6 years and have had enough. I intend buying a Harley (not new)
I was wondering where is the best place to go ?
What problems to look out for ?
I do all my own work on the moped/cars in the past, so a bike needing a bit wouldn't be a problem

    Thanks

you could buy a harley... or you could spend your money on something decent :D

Keep a budget for cleaning oil marks off your driveway if you do get the Harley.

There is a Harley showroom (a small one), I think it's off O'Connell St. That'd probably be the best place to go for a second hand one. Either that or keep your eye on the papers.

There's also a place called Hog Hill on the quays in Waterford (afaik) that specialises in Harleys.

If I didn't have to spend 2 years riding a dinky bike, I'd love to get a monster Harley. Feck the efficient japmobiles.

Ah well, back to 4 wheels......
