    Try using Google for your nearest venue that women are likely to be.. like a pub or something.. and then go along and talk to them. Might be easier said than done for some people though :D

    If you mean chat rooms... try again in google.ie searching for online dating or something.. you usually have to pay for the ones with chat facility though.
