Hi, What's the best way get rid of man breasts. I don't want pecks or anything, just want to get rid of them. I used to be pretty fat, but lost lots of weight when I went to college through not eating enough. Now I want to get rid of them

For a quick and easy fix, try liposuction.

Otherwise, diet and exercise.

Your body uses fat hollistically so you cannot spot reduce fat from one area.

This means you will have to get a general lowering of all body fat to get rid of bitch tits.

Fat reduction starts in the kitchen as always, so low carbs and high protein.
