Apparently Dave O Leary has agreed a price of £3.25m with his former employers for the services of Paul Robinson. I think it is a good move by him, but I am surprised that Villa beat both United and Arsenal to him with both clubs in the market for a goalkeeper. So I guess Harry Kewell will be next out. I wonder will Peter reid have any money to bring anyone in at all. If not he might find himself in his second relegation battle in two seasons.

Good move, not that surprising though, it was O'Leary that gave Robinson his break at Leeds so there's a bit of loyalty there.

if united or arsenal wanted him and he was going for 3m he'd be gone to one of them by now. It seems to be the papers covering for the fact that they linked him to the big two for months now.
