    That's a very weird case. If it was automated then I would agree with the judges', but since the distributor seems to have consciously decided to distribute the e-mail then I would put some of the blame with him myself.

    Anyway, US law isn't Irish law!!

    Interesting case Muck. I'd also regard actively forwarding a mail as different to adminning (or modding) a message board. Bit bloody different to the decision in the infamous Demon case.
