is he tired too ? cos the answer to that rules in / rules out lots of things. also depends on what you normally do - sometimes a change is as good as a rest (and visa versa - sometimes)

Is this something you want to do or something you feel you have to do - if you try the tatic of not "now,later"- just make sure there is a later
