CT WANT TO POSTPONE IQCL TO GET BETTER PINGS, THAT OK????

Ok, Koopa has to go to an indian ceremony this weekend, Kaile has passed away, Bunny is in a coma from drug abuse, my hands have fallen off and reaper is in his flowers.

BUT I want to use the Belgard as an excuse to cover for our current problems and postpone the IQCL for the next two weeks. Next weekend because of the Belgard and the following weekend because its xmas.

Of course, those are only thinly veiled excuse because we're too chicken to play.

What do people think of a two week break and restarting in the new year?

I (most of CT and I suspect INC and CW) are going to get rat ****d on Saturday night and
stumble about the place until early morning.
I certainly intend on not being in any fit state to admin or play in games.

In answer to your "supposed" question is that we would if there were 30 people from the area who would otherwise be involved in the IQCL who were going to attend. Last year we put it back a week because Heanet was offline the weekend many players were in UL.
course, they were dubliners and you know how we always conspire to keep ye culchies down.

Ya seems general agreement on the postponement from people I've been canvasing in IRC. Also its a bit disrepectful to Eric if he goes to the trouble of organising the Belgard and we simply press on with games.
Even those people who wont be going need their team mates and also an opposition and that would HAVE to detract from the numbers at the LAN.
Mind you I dont have any trouble being disrepectful to Eric. Eric, you're a big fathead. There.

I'll have a word with Kharn and I suspect we will postpone.

Well, I'm gonna be up in Dublin on Saturday - I've no idea how I'll get there (I have a VERY negative bank balance) and I've no place to stay *hint hint*

Anyway...I mailed all clan leaders about this the other day and no one's gotten on to me about it either way (with the exception of the lost AED who say they'll be playing this weekend - and not before time).

What admins are gonna be around that weekend to look after games? I know adra said she'd be...who else?

Everyone likes to get worked up, the IQCL is flexible...I mean is there anything smaller in Ireland? Even the trainspotters must outnumber us 10 to 1.
