Are the Logitech Z-680 Speakers any good? Or are their speakers better then them for the same price?

These seem to be the best, some of the Creative Soundwords stuff is good. Go to www.tomshardware.com and loook under sound, there is prety comprehensice review of the best.

Does anyone own these speakers. Cause on tomshardware

it says in the review that a hissing sound comes form the rear speaker. But yet it gets highest marks in the end of it. Please clarify this if you own the speakers. Thanx

I've got the Creative Megaworks have no complaints at all.
What sound card are you using? If you go for the Megaworks with a Creative Audigy 2/Platinum, then don't don't think you can go far wrong, for a home user anyway.

You could alternatively look outside the computer speaker world and pop down your local hifi shop and buy a sepatates system.

All you need is a cable from the speaker port on your sound card to the amp and off u go u can build the biggest system on the planet
