Hey, I'm a property student at Limerick IT.

I am currently undertaking a Bachelor of Science Degree in Limerick Institute of Technology, specialising in Property Valuation and Management, and I will soon be starting my placement year in the property world (ie 3rd year)before I return for my final year.

The B.Sc. (Hons) degree is unique to Ireland, consisting of two years full time study, one year of property related work experience and a final year of full time study. The course is designed to develop a thorough understanding of the dynamic economic, management and investment principles which shape the property market including the valuation procedures used in assessments. The programme has full exemption from the SCS (Society of Chartered Surveyors) and has been affiliated by the IAVI.
