Eircom Customer Service Survey

    Just got a call from of some guy regarding the quality Eircoms services, i.e level of performance of customer service staff dealing with problems. I gave them an overall 3 hehe. Dont know how long they have been doing this, anyone else?

    I got that call a couple of years ago about 2 hours after spending a very angry hour on the phone with €ircon for the umpteenth time. Needless to say €ircon got an average of 1 and I told the chap doing the survey exactly what I thought of €ircon. He told me he'd gotten a fair few angry responses from people.
