Anybody know if 'The Practice' is coming back to RTE? It used to take over the 9.30 Sunday night slot when ER series finished.

IMHO it was as good if not better TV than the West Wing.

    Well at last its back.

Only they've moved it to saturday nights on N2 9.05

Of course that not a great slot for any show as you never know what scheduling changes happen. Espically on N2

Alot of the cast are leaving it at the end of the current US series so the show may not go on much longer.

Well there is this series coming up, and then there is the next one.

Dylan McDermot is staying for a couple of episode of the next series and Sharon Stone is going to be in a few of the next series. They want her to sign up for a full series.

Will be interesting to see how it changes when so many characters are going.

David E Kelley dropped a few of them as a cost saving exercise. Which doesn't tell you whether the series will keep going or not but it was a producer decision rather than the cast getting bored.

Never really watched it though the one or two eps I saw seemed good.

Yeah there was a big fuss made because the ABC network in america move them into the time slot againist FOXs American Idol, and the ratings went way down.

They thought about canceling it but thought that fox would take it for themselfs, so they went with what David E Kelley wanted to do which was to reduce cost and the cast weren't to happy so they left the series.

See what did I tell you the worst night on N2 for any programme is a Saturday at 9:00 The Practice was replaced by Gone to the Dogs.

Could they not have replaced Nazis A warning from History with The Practice at 8?

And Postpone their history series which will only be on for a few weeks anyway.
