Been using the iPhone 5 for a couple of weeks now and I've had a very annoying issue.
The internet on my phone only works 70% of the time. I could be at work for a few hours and then take my phone out of my pocket on my break and find that the 3G symbol is no longer on the screen (even in a good area for reception) then try access the internet and nothing will load. Then maybe ten minutes later it would appear again.
On my 4 & 4S I never had this problem unless I was out of reception. If I didn't have 3G coverage it would have that o symbol and work on 2G I presume? This happens when I have two or three bars of coverage so I don't understand it.
I could come off Wi-Fi and try go on the web with 3G and it wouldn't work. Sometimes turning on/off the phone solves it.
The 3G and Mobile Data switch are both always on. I'm on Vodafone Bill Pay Have 1GB of Data per month, (Don't ever go over that) This is my second iPhone 5 (Rules out hardware issue) Problem has been there since 6.0 & 6.0.1
