I have been waiting nearly a week now. I have received no email or any notification on whats happening with my rma. I dropped the faulty psu in last wed. I am waiting on either a replacement or a full refund.
Could you let me know whats happening with this.

Your item should arrive at our RMA departmet today. Depending on backlog your PSU should be processed either today or tomorrow. Once this has been done our RMA team will email you an update.
