Hi, i sent you an email via online form yesterday, and havent got any answer yet (its regarding removing the vehicle from my account). Should i call, or do you have a large email backlog at the moment?

I can look into your query here if you like. If you could just send me the following by private message:

- Account number or a vehicle registration number on the account
- Address on the account
- Phone number or email on the account
- Your full name and confirmation that you are the account-holder

We will check that for you then no problem. If you would prefer to wait until you are emailed back, my colleagues in that team will be back to you very shortly.
