I absolutely adore film noir.

These are some of my favourites and I'd highly recommend them:

The Maltese Falcon
Double Indemnity

On a more comedic level I'd recommend 'Dead Men Don't Wear Plaid' with Steve Martin.

Something like Chinatown

Sadly, you'll never encounter a film like that again.

A one of a kind; a one of the '70s; a one that gets better
with every viewing.

I think you've seen THE best.

Check this out from a great sight called they shoot pictures and the list of 250 noir films should keep you occupied for a year or two (lots of other film related stuff like the 1000 best films of all time etc)

watched Brick again. It is a bit OTT in some places, that kind of high school life doesnt exist in reality, it put me off untill I accepted it in the 2nd half.

its stylish, well shot, some nice dialogue, good acting, plot develops well(tho hard to keep track of the character names near the end and who did what, was with who etc)

worth a watch

returned to Zodiac, watched the last quarter. its not a spoiler to say the killer wasnt found, but thats not completely true. just like watching the Titanic you know the ending already, Zodiac is alot different tho. one thing that wasnt believable was the relationship between the comic writer and his wife.
