anyone got a no of someone i can talk to about getting a few ideas for starting of gym training...4 weeks in now down 9 lbs,just need to fine tune a few things in regards my supplements and diet ,what to take when to take , ive cut out all carbs so getting used to the boredom now....cheers

what are your goals?
put up your current diet in detail and your current workout schedule.

if it's general gym/fitness advice you might be better off over in the Health and Fitness section.
