Decided to perfom my first action as a mod here and sticky the thread,
should be handy to find now and if you're looking for some zombietainment, should be a decent point to start from
Plants vs zombies
Zombies! Zombies! Zombies! The most complete collections of zombie stories ever published.
Not too sure if this is the same book as previously mentioned. Its got about 56 short stories including stories by Stephen King, Edgar Allan Poe, H. P.Lovecraft, Harlan Ellison, Robert Block, Mort Castle, Theodore Sturgeon, and many more! Edited by Otto Penzler.
Got High School of the Dead last night. This brilliant, mental anime. Absolutely loved it, sat and watched the whole series in one go, great craic, highly recommend it if you havent seen it.
There's an absolute ton of zombie games on Newgrounds.com.
The first Rebuild game and The Last Stand series are quite good. Haven't played many of the others.
Closure Limited is another book by Max Brooks. It's pretty short (124 pages), but it IS Max Brooks, so it's still pretty good! The first story is already in World War Z, so if that bothers you then don't get it.
There's also a traditional pen-and-paper RPG game out there called "Outbreak: Undead" which I'm sure you'd all love. It's the only game I've seen that recaptures that desperate "survival horror" feeling in quite a while. It's really in-depth and it's something like 500 pages long. It's only out in the USA so far, but hopefully we'll get it over here at some point.
Also, this thread is great degrass!
Updated again, cheers! keep 'em coming

Here's a some more recent ones that I haven't seen mentioned.
The Dead (2010) http://uk.imdb.com/title/tt1386925/ Not a bad zombie flick. Set in Africa and goes back to the original ultraslow zombies which I liked.
Devils Playground (2010) http://uk.imdb.com/title/tt1453245/ Stars Danny Dyer but if you're a zombie fan then its worth the watch.
Rammbock: Berlin Undead (2010) http://uk.imdb.com/title/tt1583356/ Its only an hour long but I enjoyed it. Dunno if you can get it on dvd, I managed to watch it online.
Anyone remember the Sega MegaDrive game "Zombies Ate My Neighbours" I think it was called. Started a lifelong love of all things undead. Great game
Here's some rubbish movies in my collection *****in my opinion*****
Brain dead : Peter Jacksons directorial début ( I know this has a major cult following but in my opinion it was trash!!)
Wasting away ( fantastic premise badly executed)
Zombies of war ( awful awful awful I got about twenty minutes in and turned it off!!!)
