Boys from the Dash
*Also known as Sparks talking to himself thread
@Sparks: How do you rate the C64 version compared to others? It was the only one I've played but remember it was pretty damn addictive.
Sparks: I have heard that the Atari 8 bit version was the best would you care to comment on this.......
Sparks43 - what's the longest you've ever played in one session?
Is it true playing Boulder Dash increases virility?
Sparks43, is it true that this is the only game you are any good at and that's the reason for your obsession? (I hear you are almost as good as me at it)
Sparks43, is it true that Boulder Dash XL on the 360 is the greatest version of the game ever created?
Sparks43, will they be releasing a patch for the Spectrum version to enable 3D and internet multiplayer?
Thank you for your time.
Oh somebody punch him out!!!!!!
Of the 8-bit versions i think the C64 is the best
The Atari version is good and i know preferring a conversion is a little bit weird
And yes it is quite addictive
Ive played for 10 hours in a straight session when i played it on the C64 and there was no saving
Would probably do a 24 hour marathon sometime in the future
As for increasing virility it does Fact!!!!
Boulder Dash is not the only game i am good at
Im quite good at Boulder Dash 2 and Boulder Dash 3 as well
Boulder Dash xl is a load of Dingoes Kidneys tbh the creators should be shot with balls of there own ****e
As for the Speccy patch i can neither confirm nor deny its existance
Worse by miles
Cant believe you can even ask such a question
You are indeed the Guru of Boulderdash............
PS did you find your tape deck ???????
Not yet but im sure its still in the attic along with a competition pro joystick
Im going to have to wait a while before making any other purchases as all my money is spent on school clothes and books
tape deck? if its a c64 one theres a dude with one for sale (for a tenner I think) on adverts at the mo
How about that great version of Halo on the CDi, I believe sprouts feature heavily in the gameplay.
Boulder Dash Arcade Cassette
That is one pain in the backside to get working
Now lets see if its any good
Edit:Its not bad,not bad at all
Good to know seeing as its the one copy I have played recently, aside from Boulder Dash on the NES, on the ceiling...
