hi all,

there are lots of threads on here about different android problems etc but can't find what i need exactly and there are hundreds of messages!

anyway, when i ring most people they can hear themselves echoing back which is annoying, i can't hear any problem my end.

when i spoke to 3 customer service they told me to download the new software for my phone but i can't get the samsung kies to do this for me?

anyone know what i can do please?

Read the manual for Kies, it's not that difficult.

Otherwise download Odin and download rom etc and do it the hacker way.

Otherwise pay someone to do it for you.

Usb debugging option should be off.

you're a star ... simple answer and all done now, will have to call some one tomorrow to see if they are getting the echo they were getting when i'd call!
