Gaming PC build help

I'm looking to build this, or it's equivalent, from harwareversand:
http://www.kbmod.com/2012/05/07/pc-b...uide-may-2012/ (the $800 one). Here it is on another website http://pcpartpicker.com/p/7Sqe

Any help you could give me would be really appreciated!

This is what I've got so far:

ItemPrice
Intel Core i5-2500K Box, LGA1155€188.78
Super-Flower Amazon 80Plus 550W€52.08
Powercolor HD7850 2GB GDDR5€217.97
8GB-Kit G.Skill PC3-10667U CL9€33.82
Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 1TB SATA 3 6GB/s€81.58
LiteOn iHAS124-19 schwarz SATA€17.50
Gigabyte GA-Z68AP-D3, Intel Z68, ATX€79.35
Cooler Master HAF 912 schwarz, ohne Netzteil€71.39
Shipping€18.99
Total€761.46

The difference in prices between here and the US is brutal! Somehow this has gone from €612 ($800) to €761 ($1000) and I haven't got a cpu cooler!!

If anyone could help me find some components on hardwareversand.de that are cheaper - but will do the same job it'd really help me out! Thanks!

VAT too stronk

I don't see anyway you could lower the cost and still be equal to their build.

The only thing I can see to save you money without sacrificing build strength is the case and at most that's only gonna save you about €50.

its cheaper in the US cause there's no VAT in those prices which you would have to add on and also you could get stung with import duties from customs. HWVS is your best bet for a complete build

Yeah, I've been following that site for 2 or 3 months now, it's got a new build every month in 4/5 price ranges. Great website.

Any suggestions for a better priced case?

I was under the impression that we (in Ireland) don't have to pay tax on anything bought from the HWVS website?

Yeah thanks, I thought I read that.

I'm thinking of spending an extra tenner on the Sapphire 7850: http://www1.hardwareversand.de/2048+...xpress.article
Instead of the Powercolour one: http://www1.hardwareversand.de/2048+...+GDDR5.article

I've read it's a better brand and I see it has an extra fan, any thoughts on this?
