People block their plates so
a) nobody knows the lic no, thus cant find out your address, thus can't rob it. b) To make sure nobody from the insurance underworld sees your car after mentioning the crash you just had... etc

All because he was ill informed about the condition of the car from some idiot who thinks he's a specialist in Bray who never even looked under the bonnet. Anyway, for your info the car sold outside of Boards for the asking price (where I wouldn't try and sell a car ever again after the above experience) and the buyer was extremely happy with his purchase. Car never gave him any trouble whatsoever. |
