This is a forum for discussing any Consumer Issues,we don't just want to hear bad story's. If you are new to boards.ie then check out this link.

Nobody here is an expert but together we should be able to give advice or at least point you in the right direction.Any advice given on this forum is just that advice, some Consumer situation's require legal advice so don't take it from a Internet forum.

The general boards.ie rules apply. No spamming, no trolling, no flaming, no advertising. No posting or linking offensive material (such as pornography). Personal abuse is not tolerated under any circumstances; if you have a point to make you can do so without resorting to petty insults. Anyone who fails to follow these rules will be banned.

Please use the "Report this post" feature (visible on each and every post under the user's profile) whenever you see something which breaches the charter or the general rules of boards. Use it even if you want to make a private comment to the moderator regarding the post/thread.The report will not be visible to the person who made the post.

The Mods/Admins reserve the right to edit posts...company names etc.You are welcome to recommend or fairly criticize a product or company. But if you have a connection with the company or any other potential conflict of interest, please state this in your reply.

Text Speak is also frowned upon, please try to use your entire keyboard when making a post.If you are unsure of anything PM a Mod,thats what we are here for.

This Charter is subject to change.
