Necromunda and Mordhiem, Gorkamorka were and still are great They leave so many possibilities to customize and really tailor your gang and the experiences are great - perfect for a core group of gamers.

I always thought Inquisitor looked fascinating, but you absolutely need a team of regulars for that one.

I always fancied a demonically possessed inquisitor that could teleport other people into solid objects or some twisted stuff like that. God dammit! I wish I could have played that, I know I'd have loved it.

Ha. Gothic. Still got my disgustingly unfair Eldar fleet. Pity the game dissapeared within a few months.

One look at gothic and I knew that game was doomed.

GW have a specialist games section on their website now, probably to unify things or something like that. They've also changed stuff around so linking directly to parts of their site is a pain in the ass. All the rule books and other resources are in Specialist Games>Specialist Games Resources on the site now.

Thanks for the updated link info Mantel. I had followed the links in the first post and gotten lost before I noticed the post was from 2005. I had assumed that the PDF were simply no longer available. Happily I was wrong .

Freely downloadable full rules for the Corvis Bell skirmish level sci-fi game Infinity.

http://www.infinitythegame.com/infin...=74&Itemid=192

That site also has the complete army lists. You don't need to buy any rule books at all - they're hoping to make their profit on models sales, I believe.

Nice models too, and I've heard nothing but good reviews of the game.

I've played one starter game with a friend and I'm pretty excited to play more.

Specialist Games Resources

(If I was able I'd just edit my original post but it seems too much time has passed. Unless a Mod can do it???)
