Jil Meagher has not been seen since leaving bar in Brunswick on Friday night

Please pass on above facebook page to anyone you know in Melbourne.

I don't know Jil or her partner but they live and she was last seen minutes from our front door. I really hope there is a happy outcome for her and family...

PG she's found safely soon.

There's a PdF poster on the Facebook site where they're asking people in Melbourne to download & put up locally ...

I'm sure there are many Irish Citizens reading this forum, living in Australia that can help with this case:

Tweeting whenever you can. This is a strange case and I hope the poor family find their beloved girl very soon alive and healthy.

Going by the news, it dosn't look like there is going to be a happy outcome to this story
But until something more concrete turns up we can only hope and pray that she turns up safe and well.

Apparently there have been other suspicious incidents involving women being attacked/followed in Brunswick in recent months. This is scary stuff as my gf was followed by some fook in a car (just 200 metres from where Jil was last seen) one night a few months ago,she was totally freaked out at the time but we put it down to some complete w@nker just trying to scare her, which it could well have been.

I can't imagine how I'd react in this situation and have to say her husband is holding together remarkably well under the circumstances.

Has your gf spoken to the police in the last 2 days?

The police have requested that any girl who has been followed or approached in that area before contact them immediately.

really hope this girl is found alive, it is a strange one, the papers talking about the bag being planted. Her mother gave an interview and she is out of her mind with worry, very very very sad as the dad is not well also.

It's just routine policework at this stage.
Hope she is found safe and well.
