Is that 3d mark on the performance setting? That's a pretty disgusting card.

It's hitting 80C and I have the fans set up so 1:1% (so 80% fan. I've paired it back a bit to 1150/1550 and am going to keep lowering the voltage until I can get temps to stay below 80C.

Think I've reached my top OC now though - gotta make sure it's game stable.

Must. Not. Buy!

If anyone is interested, you could order it from Komplett now at €359.99 and have it in two working days...

How are temps and noise levels?

Edit: didn't see last post.

By the way, at 1200 core it's a 50% OC

If you don't go bonkers with it it's very quiet - mines stuck on 70%+ fan so not quiet but to be fair not insanely loud either.

I dont even know what the reference clock for one of these is lol. Even at 950 out of the box its amazing.

Good to see they're back on Komplett - they've been sneaking up in price of HWVS.

Eboggles I can't thank you enough for putting me on to this card. I thought my 4870 was an amazing buy back in the day but this thing takes the cake. Utterly insane performance. I'm not sensitive to frame rate so it could be as low as 30-40 FPS but I'm playing BF3 at 1440p with everything maxed.

Finally getting some stable clocks from my reference 670. I'll post a few 3d mark scores once I finish. I assume if I can cool the card better than the stock fan can I can get better clocks ye?

I'd be interested to see your P scores.

I've hit a wee bump in the road. I installed MSI afterburner and after some fiddling with .dll files got it to work with my card in "unofficial over-clocking mode". Both Kombuster and Afterburner are doing mad things to the card causing all sorts of heat issues. I'm back on Trixx now and the card is much happier.

Odd thing - what ever I set the voltage too various programs report the VID @ 1.156 MSI calls it VDDC and has it at 1.156 too. I have the VDDC is Trixx set at 1068 (1012 being stock from what I can make out). Very odd as Trixx seems to reset to 1012 or might randomly go to 1156.

Anyway when it is behaving its not at 1125Mhz Core and 1600Mhz Memory giving me a P-Score of about 9250. Thats around Stock 670 territory I think so I'm pretty pleased with it.

Come on Sarz - upset me

Its sitting under 75C at load with the fans spinning up to around 70% - I have to admit they do start getting noisy.

Trying to haha. Even small overclocks cause it to crash. Could this be because of the stock cooler?

It keeps saying my version of Lucid MVP isn't up to date even though it is. http://www.3dmark.com/3dm11/4161563

http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showpr...odid=GX-054-HS

Just cannot justify getting a 670 with this price

Let us know how that 7950 is going for ya ... I have until Wednesday to get this deal

Well normally you have to give it a small boot in power - which creates more heat, which is dissipated by a better cooler - hence why better cooling allows better over-clocks. That said at stock there should be some room. I don't know a lot about the GTX series so may be there is something else that needs to be done. Have you looked for some OC guides on that card?

It could also be that the chip you have just isn't going to go any faster. To be fair this can happen.

Ok. Uninstalled all gpu drivers and reinstalled them. Boost clock of 1144mhz. Memory 3042 mhz. Thats + 60mhz on the GPU clock and +40mhz on the memory. Tiny overclock. http://www.3dmark.com/3dm11/4173552
