5th year 2012/13 OT

As our last, rather sad excuse for a thread, was merged with the other 5th year thread, I guess we need a new one for procrastination purposes...

Let the countdown begin... 15 days of freedom left for me

I suppose I should introduce myself, I'm a girl, if you havent already figured that out, I'm a slight bit of a major nerd, and im 16

Back on the 27th Not really looking forward to it at all because I did absolutely nothing academic in TY! I got my books a couple of days ago. I've been looking through them and I'm happy enough with them, Geography is looking pretty simple! I'm a little nervous about what teachers I'm going to get :/

I wish you guys luck and for me 5th felt very long so couldn't wait for it to end! I'm doing the L.C in 2013 and I'm glad 5th year is out of my way.

The best advice I can give is make sure you pay attention and make sure you understand everything before you leave a lesson. I also recommend do every bit of homework the teachers give you and do it properly and if a class test comes make sure you do a bit of study for it.

I'm freaking out about it, based on what I've heard all the teachers in my school are either amazing, or useless, and ive been lucky enough to get the really good teachers for the jc, but im worried i wont be as lucky this year :/ and my favvvoorritteee teacher, my english teacher, is after leaving, and shes the only english teacher ive had, i hope her replacement is good :O

I'm pretty nervous about the teachers as well, I'm not even exaggerating, 80% of the female teachers I have are out on maternity leave, I don't want some crappy sub My school is tiny by the way, hence the large percentage

My brain hasn't even registered that school is nearing. Summer seems so muh chorter when you are getting "older" as you notice the days passing whereas when I was younger summer felt like three or four years! I am not worried about anything yet, although it has to sink in.
