Anyone know how Ryanair will react to this scenario?
I have a friend travelling on Tuesday whose 4yr old took a seizure on Friday afternoon, and is still in hospital getting tests done. They are not sure what caused it and are still working on it. The child may be out by tomorrow. But may not.
As you can imagine, its not likely that they are going to travel with the child now. He is best to remain at home. Each parent wants the other to go and take the rest of the family. Neither is mad on this idea.
The specialist said he will provide a letter for Ryanair but my friend is not sure if they wil accept this as reason to get their money back. I know they are hard to please and probably won't.
anyone know where they are likely to stand?
