Schools: Primary you have Salesians which is mixed up to 2nd class then girls only but the boys go to JFK. JFK has a brand new schools just opened with loads of new facilities. Second Level then you have Salesians again and Ard Scoil Ris, two decent enough schools, again Ard Scoil has a brand new building. Villers would be the closest to Ashbrook but is a private school. Sports Clubs: You have Na Piarsagh for GAA who are one of the top Hurling sides in the county and nearly the country. For Rugby you have Shannon RFC (out in Coonagh) and Thomond RFC (in Woodview), both would be about a 5 minute drive max. For soccer you have Caherdavin Celtic and Coonagh United, both have plenty of underage teams with Coonagh having the better facilities. Limerick Lawn Tennis club is also on the Ennis Rd. There are two Gyms, The Strand Hotel one and the Greenhills have one. Facilites: Dunnes, Tesco, Woodies, Petmania, Xtravision, Lidl, local butchers, hair dressers, barbers, chinese food, Funworld (Bowling/Arcade), Supermacs, McDonalds, BB's, Showtime Cinemas (one of the best cinemas in Limerick), Ardhu Bar, The Gaelic Rounds, Thomond Park. There is a bus that goes through Ashbrook (the Coonagh bus) and that will bring you into town. You would be less than 5 minutes drive to town and maybe 15minutes on the bus. |

Ashbrook is probably one of the best places in the city you could choose to live.
It'll take about 30 minutes to walk to town, though traffic can be an absolute nightmare on big match days at the Gaelic Grounds and to a lesser extent Thomond Park. |

Having looked at the area over the last few days, the area is A1 ,nice range of Detached Homes, convenient to City Centre and Local Amenities. Also like the proximity of Villiers School which is a short walk away. Thanks again |
