Tasting Menu Dublin?

Can anyone recommend a good tasting menu in Dublin please.
I was booking chapter 1 but they are closed the week I wanted (just my luck)

Its for a special occasion for 2 people very into their food so a good tasting experience would be brilliant!

Thornton's is probably the best value for money in the city.

Just to add, l'Ecrivain does not even come close to any of the other starred restaurants in the city.

I found l'Ecrivan to be an incredibly disappointing experience.

The Greenhouse has been the best food of that type I've eaten this year.

I'd also recommend Bon Appetit in Malahide.

Unfortunately, I've never been a big fan of L'Ecrivain or Thornton's

Had my first Michelin star experience a couple of months ago - and went all out; lunch at L'ecrivain, dinner at Chapter One. Was rather more impressed with L'ecrivain TBH, which surprised me given the great reports for Chapter One.

For me, The Greenhouse is the best and most interesting food available in Dublin at the moment, and it would be my top choice. When Thornton's is at the top of its game it's superb, but I've had a few disappointments in there too so it can be hit and miss. L'Ecrivain is not my cup of tea. Guilbaud's is far more classical, but if your tastes run that direction it's top-drawer. It's so long since I've eaten in Chapter One I probably shouldn't comment, but I hear it's very good at the moment.
