I'll probably drive up for the induction, I don't like the idea of Bus Eireann
I don't think there's a guarantee of Cork being an exam centre, depends on numbers I believe. Hopefully though they will be in Cork. I'd much prefer Cork to Dublin.........

Any word back yet?

Nothing yet and it's been almost 2 weeks thought I'dhave heard something either way. Sent a few emails to see what the story was but I've only gotten back out of office replies. Did you hear by email or snail mail?

I'd say you'll have to wait a few more weeks. Lecturers are still on their holidays until the middle of August.

Within 2 days of my application I got an email requesting further information. I replied to that and then 6 days later I got an email requesting the booking deposit. That was the acceptance letter. I then received a welcome pack by snail mail.

I have also been in contact with the co-ordinator in the last couple of weeks regarding a minor issue and (I won't mention their name here) this person seems to have been on leave. It would be no harm to give this person a quick call. That'll speed thing up for you I'm sure. I can PM you a direct dial number if you wish.

(It being a L6 course you shouldn't have any problems being accepted - but the motions have to be gone through)

If you could send me on that it would be great! I'll be out of the country for 3 weeks with the family in August so anxious to have it sorted before then otherwise I'll spend the whole time checking email to make sure I don't miss the request for the deposit.
