I'm an M.Sc. student in NUIG and I've picked Customer Service as my dissertation research topic.

I'm doing a comparative study which involves two surveys; 1 for supermarket employees and the other for supermarket customers

If any employee of an Irish supermarket could take the time to fill out my employee survey they would be doing me a giant favour !
